Mealtime in many Corfiot households can be quite a laid back affair. Rather than having courses one after another, all manner of dishes tend to find their way onto the table simultaneously for diners to pick and choose from. The only exception to this is desserts, which are normally served separately at the end of a meal.

You will be able to select meals from our menu options and choose the days on which you would like the demonstrations to take place, allowing you flexibility to enjoy other aspects of Corfu during the winter months.
Our chef is English by birth. Having trained and qualified as a chef in the UK she moved to Corfu in the early 1990s where she met her Greek husband. She has built on her catering skills over the years in the kitchens of various restaurants and tavernas along the northern coastline, and perhaps most importantly has learned many local recipes from her Greek mother-in-law.

Demonstrations last around 2½ hours, and will normally be kept small and personal with no more than 3 guests at a time, although we are happy to discuss the possibility of larger groups being accommodated.
Each demonstration will comprise a choice of three starters and one main meal. Although demonstrations will not include sweets, our chef is able to provide a selection of home made desserts if required.
